ALS ID Creator is developed and maintained by ALSGET Technologies. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information handled through our application.

The application may store the following learner information entered by authorized users:

• Learner Name
• Learner Reference Number
• Learner Photograph
• School or Community Learning Center (CLC)
• Grade or Level
• Section
• School Year
• QR Code generated for learner identification

Camera Permission

The application requests access to your device camera solely to capture learner photographs and scan QR codes when the user chooses those features.

Photo and Media Access

The application requests access to photos or media only so users can select an existing learner photo or save generated learner ID cards.

How We Use Information

• Create learner identification cards.
• Generate QR codes for learner verification.
• Store learner information locally on the device.
• Allow users to edit, update, print, or regenerate learner IDs.

Data Storage

Learner information is stored locally on the user's device. ALSGET Technologies does not upload learner information to external servers unless a future version of the application explicitly introduces cloud synchronization.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share learner personal information with third parties.

Children's Privacy

This application is intended for use by authorized ALS teachers, learning facilitators, school personnel, and education administrators. It is not intended for direct use by children.

Security

We implement reasonable measures to protect learner information stored within the application. Users are responsible for protecting access to their own devices.

The application may use Google Play Services and Android system components necessary for normal application functionality.
